Good things take time.
Great things take consistency.

We've been working with Pot & Still since January 2025, helping grow their ecommerce through paid advertising, email marketing and content. The brief was pretty straightforward. Sell more gin, reach more people and build a stronger digital presence. But whatever we did, it still had to feel like Pot & Still.

Because Pot & Still was never meant to be overly polished.

It's the rustic distilling shed at Glen Ewin Estate. Fresh figs straight off the tree. Willa showing you around the orchards. Packing orders after tea. A fig gin and tonic on a warm Sunday afternoon.

It's the kind of brand you introduce your mum to. And her friend Trudy.

So we got to work. Building email flows, refining campaigns, testing creative and finding new ways to turn interest into orders. Nothing particularly flashy. Just good strategy, consistent work and plenty of testing along the way.

And the results have been pretty special.

Revenue grew 189%. Orders increased 203%. New customers were up 86%, while Klaviyo-attributed revenue climbed 116%. More people discovering Pot & Still, more people coming back, and more gin heading out the door.

But good marketing isn't set and forget. We're always looking at what's working, what could work harder and how to keep customers coming back. Especially when people are being more considered about where they spend their money.

That means evolving our strategy, trying new things and looking after the loyal customers who've loved Pot & Still from the beginning. All while keeping the brand exactly what it should be. Rustic, personal and unmistakably Pot & Still.

And to Willa, Mary and Louis, thanks for trusting us with your beautiful little brand. It's been a figgin' pleasure. x
